I pray that the prospective residents/family feel the love and experience the genuine kindness when they walk through the doors of Harbison Shores in Irmo! My mom has been a resident since 2018. - Exercise Daily
It is important to maintain a healthy life and exercise is KEY in doing so! Studies show that you can benefit from as little as 15 minutes of exercise per day! Can you imagine what 30 minutes would do for you? The great thing is that are so many ways for you to get the exercise that you need! It is as simple as going for a hike, walk, bike ride, swim, dance, lifting weights, even cleaning! You could be exercising without even knowing you are!
- Seek Adventure
You’re probably thinking to do this you’re going to have to jump out of plane and you certainly don’t have to! Although I hear it is quite the exhilarating experience! Seeking adventure can be as simple as taking a stroll through the park, visiting a new restaurant in town that you haven’t been to, taking a vacation to the beach with family and friends. It’s important that we live our lives to the fullest and see and do as much as we can. It’s never too late to take that European vacation!
